1. How much does this cost?

We want you to feel confident and taken care of during your experience with us and take satisfaction in the creation of your portrait collection. No decisions, commitments, or payments for products or collections are required from you until your purchasing appointment.

​

We believe that your portraits deserve to be displayed in your home and we have spent much time refining the right products to suit modern styles, tastes, and budgets. You can choose from prints, wall art, folio boxes, albums, and digital files that can be included in your order also.

​

Matted print collections start at $395 for a set of three 6×8 mat prints.

Acrylic wall art starts at $595.

Most families invest $800-2000+ on their portrait collection.

Four-month in-house no-interest layaway payment plans are available.

Deposit/Booking fee I use a deposit to confirm the date of your booking. Which is then credited back to you on the day of your session to be used towards products.

Print Collections include groups of carefully selected print products. You have the option of purchasing a Print Collection or purchasing Print Products individually. We will go through all the beautiful curated products that we offer at the review session a week or 2 after your portrait session via Zoom.

2. Is there a minimum investment when doing a session?

​

No, I do not have a minimum investment fee. Single fine art matted prints start at $325, and what you purchase is entirely up to you. Most of my clients invest between $800 - $2000+ depending on what they want to include in their collection.

3. Where will my session take place?

​

I will provide you with a list of my favorite locations in Yancey and Mitchell County including open fields, several parks and city (downtown) areas, and others, or you can let me know your favorite location.

4. What if I need to reschedule?

​

I understand that things happen and will reschedule for the following reasons: illness, weather or travel issues, or emergencies. If this happens, I ask that you contact me a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled date for us to be able to reschedule. I allow a one-time reschedule if you notify me a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. Additional reschedules are subject to schedule availability.

5. How many outfits do we get to wear?

​

For Family portrait sessions, I encourage you to bring two looks or different layers to quickly change your family's look.

6. When will I get to see the images from my session?

​

We will set up 3 appointments when you book:

1. The Consultation - ​we talk about the session style you want and see if I am the right photographer for you. This can take place over the phone.

2. Your Session Date​ - we work together to choose a date and time.

3. Your Ordering Appointment/Review Session - this is when you will see all of your gorgeous images from the photography session and choose the ones you want for your printed products.  All decision-makers must attend this appointment, typically set for one to two weeks after your photography session.

7. When will I receive my order?

​

All custom wall art is shipped directly to you within 6 weeks of placing your order. Custom-designed books or albums take 6-8 weeks to be delivered directly to you.

8. How long do you keep my Images?

​

We will archive your final purchased images for one year after your session.  All images that have not been purchased within 3 months after your session will be deleted.
